1. Eligibility
  1. In order to be eligible for membership at Prize-O-Matic, users must:
    • be 18 years of age or over,
    • be legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec),
    • not be members of the immediate family of the administrators or employees of Prize-O-Matic, or its sponsors.
  2. Prize-O-Matic reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the membership of anyone
2. How to Play
  1. Members earn sweepstakes tickets towards draws for prizes.
  2. Tickets to prize draws are free, and are awarded as follows:
    • One ticket every time you log in to Prize-O-Matic, with a limit of one ticket per day.
    • Referring new members to Prize-O-Matic
    • Examining bonus offers, with the following limits:
      - limit of one bonus offer ticket award per bonus offer
      - limit of three bonus offer ticket awards per day
    • special promotions which may be made available by Prize-O-Matic from time to time.
  3. Members found to be collecting bonus offer ticket awards without spending enough time examining the bonus offer sponsor site will have their tickets invalidated and/or their memberships suspended.
  4. Winners are selected from the pool of prize tickets at the end of the draw period.
  5. All tickets are erased from the system at the end of the draw period.
  6. A draw period is the time between the start of the contest and the end of the contest.
  7. The current draw period end date is June 30, 2006.
  8. The draw period start date is the day following the previous draw period end date.

3. Winner Selection and Notification
  1. Winners are selected from the pool of tickets awarded during the draw period.
  2. Winners are contacted through the e-mail address associated with their membership within 1 calendar week, and must respond to Prize-O-Matic within the following calendar week.
  3. Winners must complete and return to Prize-O-Matic a signed eligibility form.
  4. To prevent fraud, winners must provide proof of age and address to Prize-O-Matic, in the form of a photocopy of their birth certificate or drivers licence.
  5. Winners grant the use of their names and state/province of residence to Prize-O-Matic for promotional purposes.
  6. In the event a winner is not confirmed, another draw will be held from the non-winning tickets.
  7. A list of winners is available from the Prize-O-Matic main member page.

4. Odds
  1. Odds are based on the total number of sweepstakes tickets issued during a draw period.

5. Limitations
  1. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

6. Terms
  1. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of JAGGED MIND MEDIA INC., which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. JAGGED MIND MEDIA INC. AND PARTICIPATING PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES, IF ANY (collectively "Sponsors") AND THE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS OF EACH (collectively "Related Parties") ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, LATE, LOST, OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, OR ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRIZE. WINNERS ASSUME LIABILITY FOR INJURIES CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, OR BY ANY PRIZE. BY ENTERING, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT NO CLAIM RELATING TO SUCH LOSSES OR INJURIES SHALL BE ASSERTED AGAINST SPONSORS AND/OR RELATED PARTIES.
